In a nutshell, We look where you are now, plan and discuss your goal(s) and then we build a reasonable and comprehensive plan to connect those together. The plan includes training, lifestyle, nutrition, psychological support and other elements that support success.
It's not a simple maths equation, open communication is critical to allow assessment of how it's going and what's working or not working. I work hard to explain the purpose behind everything we are doing - The plan you believe in is the plan you will follow and, assuming I don't completely mess it up, that is what will bring great results.
